UK Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and size:
• Cards, gift wrap, plaques & small décor: £2.69
• Larger plaques & small home décor: £3.50
• Larger décor, multiple or heavier items: £5.95
• Free delivery on all orders over £70

Each order is securely packaged and sent via a tracked courier, with tracking details provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, while others are carefully selected and ready to ship.


Most parcels are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, depending on the item.

Returns Policy
We take great care in packaging your order, so it arrives in perfect condition.

If for any reason you’d like to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. Just get in touch with us at hello@macandlilly.com, and we’ll help arrange your return at your cost.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement right away.
