Our standard delivery within the UK is via Evri Business, a tracked service that typically takes 2-3 days from dispatch, depending on where you live.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns Policy
We take great care in packaging your order, so it arrives in perfect condition.

If for any reason you’d like to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. Just get in touch with us at hello@macandlilly.com, and we’ll help arrange your return at your cost.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement right away.
