Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and size: • Cards, gift wrap, plaques & small décor: £2.69
• Larger plaques & small home décor: £3.50
• Larger décor, multiple or heavier items: £5.95
• Free delivery on all house signs 
• Free delivery on all orders over £70

Each order is securely packaged and sent via a tracked courier, with tracking details provided once your parcel has been dispatched. Most orders arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, while others are carefully selected and ready to ship. Most parcels are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, depending on the item. Personalised orders may take 3-5 working days as they're made to order with care.
