Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you'll love your Mac and Lilly purchase, but if you need to return something, we're here to help.

Standard Returns

You may return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
• Unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within England, Scotland, and Wales: A £4.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from Northern Ireland, Highlands, Jersey, and Republic of Ireland: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
